Moonlight reflecting off the pool illuminated the scene as she undressed. From her hiding spot, Luna saw gleaming black hair fall against pale flawless skin. Temptation to make herself known was overwhelming. She wanted to touch, to feel the heat of that skin and to look into her eyes instead of spying. She had no idea how Luna felt though so she remained hidden.

She walked into the cool water, shivering once but giving no other indication of discomfort. As it lapped against her waist she turned and to Luna’s astonishment looked directly in her eyes and smiled. She knew.

Similar thoughts kept racing through Luna’s brain as she carefully chose a path through the wood. If caught she wouldn’t be able to explain why she was there. Something compelled her though, something she couldn’t fight. It wasn’t love, she knew that much. She’d felt love and this was less honorable if not down right immoral. This was lust.

Her quarry stopped next to a moonlit pool. Crouching low to remain unseen Luna watched, barely able to breathe she watched her strip away her clothes.

“I said that I’d follow you anywhere,” Ginny replied with a toss of her short red hair and a small shrug. “And that means dangerous places, too.”

“Ginny, I understand but you‘re waltzing practically right into the serpent‘s den!”

“Don’t worry,” the younger girl assured her lover. “I plan on following you right back out of it again!”

It was one thing, Narcissa decided, to know something and another thing altogether to see it. Seeing with one’s own eyes made all the difference. She made a small noise in her throat and raised her head quickly, lest Lucius catch her gaping at the boy. That would hardly go unremarked upon and Lucius was a tiresome bother even on his best days. It was difficult not to look, though, and though she tried to keep her eyes on the match she found herself sneaking glances out of the corner of her eye.

He really did have his mother’s eyes.
