Update Complete (I Hope!)

Finally, an overhaul, new features, and new links. 
Every link has been tagged, category names have been fixed (unfortunately, that’s why some old category links don’t work). I’ve added Latest Links, All Links, and a Tag Cloud. Hit counts and tags have been added underneath each link. The rating system is pure AJAX now and working! If you look on the main page you’ll see five latest and five random links have been added, as well as some statistics.
As always, new links were added and defunct links removed.
